Hey! Are you REALLY a member?

If so, enter your 4-character code and press the button below ...

I'm glad you stopped by, either as an existing client or as a curious individual who is looking to join a group of wealthy people who just seem to be getting weathier ... by being smart under all real estate market conditions.

The Members-Only page is one in which prospective investors can exchange ideas on proposed joint ventures, discuss real estate investment trusts, and examine other real estate projects that I find to be particularly interesting.

General members are admitted with a code which provided at no cost to you upon request. This type of membership appeals to people who want to be sure that they are comfortable with me before they retain me as their real estate professional.

Client members (again at no cost) are admitted with a code and also receive email alerts from me. These clients have executed the standard Buyer's Exclusive Representation Agreement naming me as their agent/broker. This way, I know that I guard against doing all the work, merely to have the buyer's cousin's neighbor's girlfriend write up the transaction.

My heart is in bringing people to the happiness of acquiring real estate. Of course, I do not refuse sellers' listings, but the happiness of those transactions is in the financial results on behalf of my client.

A third category consists of Industry members: professionals licensed (located on another Hawaiian Island, licensed in another state, or internationally based real estate professionals.

Finally, I have the "Get a kick-back" members category. Yes, everything that I do is legal. It is true that it would be illegal for a Hawaii Real Estate Broker to pay a commisssion or give any type of finder's fee to an unlicensed individual. However, amounts may be distributed to the principals of the transaction without any violation of law. I believe that clients who make multiple transactions on a regular basis deserve a little more attention and service, don't you? And those multi-gazillionaires are real people who deserve a break too, yes? Let's call it the "Diamond Dozen" club.
